Melodie is driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact in the lives of the candidates and clients she serves. In fact, Mel has been known to stay up into the wee hours of the morning to put the finishing touches on a candidate’s resume, prompting her coworkers to remind her of the importance of work-life balance. However, without her heroic efforts, JCN Medical’s success would crumble like the batter on top of a fresh apple crisp. Mel’s work always produces results. And her passion is not limited to people and their well-being—animal’s lives matter too. She sacrifices her time and resources to rescue cats and dogs, providing them a loving home with her in San Antonio, Texas.

Melodie has a BBA from Texas A&M. She has worked for both government and non-profit organizations; in leadership, training, fundraising, and marketing positions. Originally from Victoria, Texas, Mel has always lived in the Lone Star State.
Jacqueline is devoted to our candidates; to their development and to helping them determine what their next career step will be. Jackie is focused; so focused that once she begins looking for the right high-quality candidate for one of our clients, she ignores all distractions until she has found someone or called everyone within a 30-mile radius of the client’s facility. Fueled by coffee and determination, she is a mighty hunter; a mindful practitioner concentrated on one task at a time.

Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Jackie started her career in the fashion industry which took her to New York City and London. Soon after, she entered the ministry to help others focus on their spiritual development. She offered her leadership in several US cities as well as Sydney, Australia. Jackie’s worldwide travels have given her a unique viewpoint and a welcoming, nonjudgmental attitude towards everyone she works with. In addition, Jackie brings excellent customer management skills from her time in the automotive industry.

Jackie has raised three young men and makes her home in Atlanta, Georgia.
Christine desires to engage with people in a meaningful way. Though comfortable with small talk, her preference is to discuss the profound issues, causing some to think Chris is a serious individual; however, she makes people laugh more than she makes them think. Chris is a healthcare professional with a strong interest in all aspects of wellness. Chris hunts for the best high-performing clients for our candidates. She helps our clients clarify the real issues and problems they need to solve and determines if we are, in fact, able to help.
Christine has a BS in Public & Corporate Communications from Butler University and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. She has worked in public mental health as a counselor and has experience in business development, client management, and marketing. Chris is an emerging writer of poetry and non-fiction, a decent singer, and makes her home in Indianapolis, Indiana with Neeko the bichon.
